Temporary procedures for preventing the spread of COVID-19

Mark’s Home Team and Cummings & Co Realtors take the health and safety of our community very seriously. The guiding principle of personal responsibility is on full display during this current health crisis. We are implementing strict guidelines for showings until authorities lift the temporary restrictions implemented to flatten the curve of this potentially devastating pandemic.
1.
Anyone who is showing flu-like symptoms or who has come in contact with anyone displaying flu-like symptoms should immediately cease all showing requests for 14 days after the last symptom.

Effectively immediately, we request that ONLY the decision-maker(s) attend any property tours until the current health concerns are resolved, and the state removes all limitations on business.
3.
For those in attendance, we must restrict unnecessary physical contact and strictly adhere to safe “social distancing” rules and remain in compliance with current state laws.
- Before and after exiting the home, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol.
- Avoid close contact with individuals who may be present in the home which includes no handshakes or fist bumps.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Cover your cough or sneeze - immediately clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol.

1. We will comply with the Department of Veterans Affairs interpretation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention protocol for VA Loan Appraiser onsite conduct (we will comply with this on Property Tours).

- Avoid close contact with individuals who may be present in the home which includes no handshakes or fist bumps.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Cover your cough or sneeze - immediately clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol.
- Wipe bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, and doorknobs with a sanitizing wipe.
- Sanitize hands after inspecting bathrooms/kitchen.
We will not send anyone to meet you who has any symptoms related to COVID-19 including fever, cough, flu-like symptoms or shortness of breath (as found in the Veterans Affairs briefing noted above).
By taking our responsibility to do everything in our power together we will get through this mess as quickly as we got into it!
